X-Men Origins: Wolverine 2

Plot: After being sent to Japan to visit an old acquaintance, Wolverine struggles with himself and is forced to fight his demons.
Review: The Wolverine is far superior to the original Wolverine origins story. Set after the events of X-Men 3, The Wolverine has Wolverine starting off as a hermit and isolating himself from civilization. He's in the wilderness and doesn't want to get close to anyone and his immortality is making him lonely knowing that everyone he meets will die before he does. He eventually runs into Mariko who is the daughter of Yashida. Yashida is dying of cancer and has a machine that's keeping him alive. But he wants something else. Wolverine's ability to heal and the adamantium. The Wolverine has a great script, lots of good fighting scenes and it's just very entertaining! It also sets things up at the very end for the sequel, X-Men: Days Of Future Past. It's finally an X-Men movie worth checking out!
