The Ghost Writer
Plot: A ghost writer is sent to write a biography on British Prime Minister Stephen Lang, who is being accused of war crimes.
Review: Roman Polanski did a great job with Ghost Writer, it's one of my favourite Polanski films. Ewan McGregor and Pierce Brosnan are both good. The ghost (McGregor) gets hired and about to be paid $250,000 just to write a biography of Prime Minister Stephen Lang (Brosnan). It all seems too good to be true as lots of problems arise and it is even suggested that his former ghost writer was killed and they had it made to look like an accident. It's a bit of a psychological thriller and you really have to pay attention to the minor details because there's a big surprise at the ending. If you like psychological/political thrillers, see this movie!
