X-Men 3: The Last Stand

Plot: A mutant has the ability to cure other mutants and the humans are trying to develop a permanent cure. But the Brotherhood of Mutants plans to halt that process and it's up to the X-Men to help the humans.
Review: X-Men 3 took a turn for the worse after director Bryan Singer went on to direct Supermans Returns in favour of this movie, the world got Brett Ratner to direct. Things just got bad. It was a bad script, with far too many characters and too much action. It didn't even have any real funny parts. On top of that, it killed off two major characters from the first which totally disbanded the X-Men group and made a big mess of things. The battle of Alcatraz was actually decent, but that's really the highlight of the movie. It could have been way better. Of the new comers, Kelsey Grammer as Beast was really the only interesting new character. It was not like X-Men 2. But if you want to find out what happens in the X-Men universe, check it out.
