Review:
Now Tomorrow Never Dies is a decent Bond flick. Not as good as Golden Eye but it has it's share of thrills. First the villains in this movie aren't really all that menacing. Elliot Carver is like Bill Gates turning against people. He's nothing like Sean Bean's 006. Next the girls. Michelle Yeoh is pretty decent as Wai Lin. Pretty attractive for an Asian girl, and she's got some moves. She fights more than Bond, proving to be a useful sidekick. Teri Hatcher is pretty decent as Elliot Carver's wife. She had a relationship with Bond in the past which gives him someone on the inside.
Next the gadgets. Well the main gadget in this movie is the car. A BMW this time around. It's got missiles, an anti theft device, bullet proof windows, Bond can move the car on his cellphone, and it talks! His cellphone also comes in handy. Shocking people, hacking into devices and unlocking his car. This is a Bond film that takes advantage of technology of the 90s very well.
Tomorrow Never Dies could have been better, but it's still a fun flick.
Overall Score: 7/10
