Dallas Buyer's Club

Plot: Set in 1985 Dallas, electrician and hustler Ron Woodroof is diagnosed with AIDS and works on getting the medication they need.
Review: Dallas Buyer's Club isn't that bad. The acting is really good but the story is pretty dark and somewhat depressing. A hustling drug addict who hangs out at rodeos, stripclubs and bars, gets diagnosed with AIDS and has only 30 days to live. During that time he is in denial and keeps up with his ususal routine. Then it hits him and he decides to do something. There's a miracle drug thats actually illegal he learns about through a patient at the hospital. Together they work to get as much of the drug as they can, and try to stay alive.
Its a decent movie, with great acting. McConaughy and Jared Leto were nominated for Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor. This movie is also nominated for Best Picture. Its an Oscar movie so if you want to watch it have a look.
