Grudge Match:
Plot: After each boxer lost, one retired and the other one has been wanting a rematch, 30 years later they agree to fight once more.
Review: Basically this movie is Rocky vs. the Raging Bull. Sylvester Stallone trying to go for a comedy for the first time in years and it actually pays off. After trying to video themselves fighting for a video game, they get into a fight during the job and someone videotapes it and the fight goes viral. Henry 'Razor' Sharp (Sylvester Stallone) is reluctant to fight, but eventually agrees to fight against his greatest rivalry: Billy 'The Kid' McDonnen (Robert De Niro). Pretty funny movie to watch, De Niro is clearly the one who is not in the best shape, having a carb heavy meal with a glass of scotch during training.
The supporting cast is pretty decent. Kevin Hart (Ride Along) is Dante Slate Jr., the agent for both fighters and is pretty funny in Grudge Match. There's even a funny cameo with Evander Holyfield and Mike Tyson at the end of the movie with Hart trying to convince them to fight each other again. The 60 year old Kim Basinger (LA Confidential) makes an appearance as Sharp's ex-girlfriend who slept with McDonnen causing Sharp to break up with her and end his fighting career. Alan Arkin (Stand Up Guys) is Sharp's trainer, and Jon Bernthal (The Walking Dead) is McDonnen's long lost son and also his trainer. Grudge Match is a surprising hit and shows Stallone and De Niro still have it!
