Lawrence Of Arabia

Plot: The story of Thomas Lawrence who is given leave from the military during a World War One to investigate the progress of the Arab revolt vs. the Turks.
Review: Lawrence of Arabia is an epic story of a hero who dies at the beginning of the film by the way of a motorcycle accident. A soldier in the British military, Thomas Lawrence was ordered to investigate the revolt of the Arabs against the Turks. While there, he helps lead them through the Sahara desert and basically leads the revolt. Peter O'Toole was fantastic as Lawrence. Alec Guinness played a different role than usual as Prince Fiesal and Omar Shariff was Sherif Ali. For a movie over 40 years old, it's a timeless epic classic! Despite the fact it’s very long though, over 2 hours and 30 minutes, this is definitely worth the watch.
