Review: Dawn Of The Dead is a pretty awesome zombie movie. Set in a Midwestern shopping mall, its the ideal place to hideout. For starters, malls have food, weapons, and lots of beds for people to crash on. The zombies in this movie are fast moving zombies and very bloodthirsty. The more there are, the deadlier they are.
Its got a decent cast and you can't complain with George A. Romero, the zombie writing legend. The story starts off with Ana (Sarah Polley) working in a hospital as a nurse. Then she comes home, wakes up only to find a little girl who turns into a zombie and starts attacking. She meets up with a group of survivors lead by Pulp Fiction's Ving Rhames, who plays a cpo and a few others. Together, they make their way to a shopping mall where they survive the zombie apocalypse. Great action, funny parts and the acting is fairly decent, Romero does it again with Dawn Of The Dead!
Overall: 8/10
